Hey boss ladies!

Here we are again, with a weekly stash of updates to elevate not only your style, but also how you journey through your everyday creative life.

Today, we help you find your way through your 2017 work outfits. We know that the best advice is still to wear your own style. However, we picked 7 of the styles that we are loving this year!

Powerful, nasty and a lady boss, Victoria Beckham exudes a classic style with elegance, and will immediately make you look you mean serious business. What do you think of her outfit below?

Juggling a busy life as a mom and an entrepreneur? We know that a lot of our boss ladies today don't only work in the office, but they have to do some serious business at home (those cute little ones!) Which is why we love what Jessica Biel has been seen wearing in LA!

Biel stepped out on Tuesday in L.A. in a Smythe striped coat ($395; keatonrow.com) over a pair of slouchy slacks that allow this working mom to hustle. She paired the sleek ensemble with a basic tee, comfortable Louise et Cie loafers, and a top-handle satchel that add a feminine vibe to the practical look. Perfect when you're checking in on a lot of things, but still looking pro and fabulous!

We didn't want to miss what's being heavily shared on Pinterest. Whether its Gigi sporting this gorgeous overalls (I mean really, she stands out with anything), or a classic staple business wear, there are definitely various inspiration. How do you like these outfits?

How about raw-hem cropped jeans? While there will always be a place for skinny jeans, New York girls are mixing things up with cropped styles that feature an edgy rough hem.

Stutterheim coat, Acne Studios jacket, Mih jeans, Dorateymur boots and Matthew Clavin earrings. Now that's a specific breakdown of what Donna Wallace, Accessories Editor of Elle Uk is wearing. How to look sleek on a rainy day? Look no further.

And lastly, our own Kristina T-dress, perfect for "from-desk-to-the-bar". Throw some fun sporty vibe by adding an Addidas Zip Jumper. We believe in staying edgy, but sticking with the classics. With this look you can look pro at work, then easily transition to a Friday night party out. If you constantly find yourself in between professional events and mid-week Margarita catch ups with BFFs, then this no-iron needed, minimal comfort t-shirt dress should be perfect for you. Gotta stay classy wherever you go, right?
